What does full service coverage include?
Full service coverage includes 24 hours repairs 7 days a week including spare parts.
Why do I need to do battery maintenance?
Battery maintenance is needed regularly to ensure longevity and to avoid immediate shut down.
What is the procedure for device repairs at Manalco?
Depending on the device, Manalco technicians can perform on-site or workshop repairs. You can call us, send an email, or reach us through our website. We are always ready to help.
Are your field technicians trained on safety?
Yes, our technicians receive regular training in order to keep them updated.
What warranty do you give on your repairs?
The standard warranty applies to repairs; therefore it depends on the purchase date and the type of repair.
What happens if you cannot repair a unit?
In case we were not able to repair the unit, it will be replaced on free of charge basis if it is under warranty. If not, the user will have to buy a new one.
How long do the repairs normally take?
Normally, repairs are done within 4 hours of support request.
Exactly what is included in your fixed price repair?
The labor cost is included in the fixed price repair.

What is the difference between Online and Offline UPS?
An Offline UPS has a load that is directly connected to the incoming AC power supply. When this main supply fails or goes below a minimum level, the Offline UPS switches to the internally connected batteries in order to deliver power to the load.An Online UPS operates with the inverter as the primary source of power supplying the load and therefore there is no transfer time in case of power failure.
What is the difference between Sinewave and Stepwave UPS?
A Sinewave UPS provides the optimum output waveform for electronic equipment, and it is similar to the incoming AC line.A Stepwave UPS can be used for simple systems that don’t have any dedicated electronics or audio equipment that may pick up the choppy wave.
